The neighborhood has a boat ramp and a beach with large grass covered play area. Dining and a marina 1 mile away. Walmart delivery.

You won’t forget your time in this memorable place. New RV featuring a bunkhouse with a lower full size bed with 2 upper bunks. Master has a queen size bed. Kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also includes a single-cup keurig, a toaster, and dishes. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage and comes with washcloths/bath towels and hand towels. Outside includes an outdoor shower, griddle, and mini fridge. We are dog friendly. Unfortunately we can not host cats.

The property is just 3 minutes away from Historic Downtown McKinney in where you can enjoy your shopping, dine at gourmet restaurants, explore a farmer market.
