Casetta RosaClara è un ex fienile all' interno della corte del Casale del Gelso (antico casale di fine 800) situato nella campagna marchigiana. Indipendente, è formata da due mini appartamenti di circa 40mq ciascuno e comunicanti. The loft is located in the historical centre of Assisi, near the main tourist attractions. The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
