The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. It's not only a space for rent, is our 2nd home away from the crowded city! We refurbished this 50sqm apartment with love for our own holidays and we thought why not share it when we're busy? It's 5 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. All main attractions are within walking distance: Black Church (3 min), Strada Sforii (5 min) and the Black and White Towers. Located on the first floor of a 19th-century old merchant building, the apartment provides a comfortable blend between the old town character and comfortable and central accommodation.

The Sunset Cottage is a perfect , enjoyable and unique place to stay in Brasov. It is located 5 min away by foot from the closest hypermarket and 5 min by car to the city center. You will also have full access to a very beautiful garden with green grass, flowers, a wooden pavilion and garden furniture for adults and children.
