Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Short walking distance to corner store, bakery, liquor outlet and drive through coffee. Secure lock up for bikes, fishing gear and etc. Undercover and lock up garage parking for car. NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ABSOLUTELY NO SCHOOLIES STRICTLY NON SMOKING or VAPING ON PREMISES.

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
