Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.

The Early Bird Retreat is located between the popular boat docks in Riverdale, Wolf Creek, Totten trail, and Garrison. You will have access to the large fenced-in back yard, along with deck, outdoor grill, and firepit. Peaceful lake house located 20 minutes SW of Minot, ND. Completely remodeled in 2019 with many of the amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. The house was built in 1912 & we have kept it original with maple hardwood floors throughout & that classic molding. This house is perfect for hunters or fishermen looking to get away with buddies. North Dakota state fair, reunions or family get togethers The house has a very basic kitchen but instead it has a butlers pantry. It is not the taj mahal but it is a cool old place to stay if are looking for the small town feel.
