There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.

Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Eppeltree is a delicately furnished accommodation for nature-loving couples in the Mullerthal hiking region in Luxembourg, 500m from the Mullerthal Trail. Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

Die Wohnung `Fernsicht´, im Erdgeschoss mit ca. 80 m² Wohnfläche verfügt neben einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem geräumigen Bad mit Wanne, einen Wohn- /Esszimmer mit Holzofen zusätzlich über eine moderne Küche mit Vorratskammer. "Apartment Trier" ist ein sehr helles, gemütliches Apartment im Dachgeschoss eines ruhigen Hauses, für Alleinreisende oder Paare bestens geeignet, ob Urlauber oder Berufstätige. Komplett eingerichtete Küche! Separates Bad mit Dusche und WC, nur Parkett- und Fliesenboden! Verkehrstechnisch optimal gelegen, entweder zu Fuß (15 Min.) oder mit Bus direkt in die Altstadt. Busverbindung zur Universität in direkter Nähe, ebenso drei Supermärkte und ein Cafe.

Meine Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Auf der Weissmark, in unmittelbahrer Nähe des Naherholung und Naturschutzgebietes Mattheiser Weiher . Zur Innenstadt sind es 4 km, es besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Das Apartement befindet sich im 2 OG und hat einen eigenen abschließbaren Eingang. Ein privater PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Das kleineTageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.

Hausboot auf der Mosel

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
