A beautiful 1,000 square foot guest cottage (barn structure) built in our backyard. A private entrance with off-street parking for a trailer or 4 cars. We provide 2 complimentary electric scooters upon signed waiver. We are Located 12 miles from the St. George airport. 40 mi to Zion National Park. 2 mi to Red Cliffs temple. 6.4 mi to the Dixie Center. 10.7 mi to Sand Hollow reservoir. 6.5 mi to downtown St. George. 2.5 mi to shopping areas. 15 mi to Snow Canyon State Park. 5.7 to UT University.

The backyard BBQ grill & outdoor sofa is located on a private patio. Although, the fire pit is not currently functioning. One short block from the community pool & hot tub.
