HILLSIDE HAVEN is anything but ordinary. This Tiny Home, over the bridge, up a hill & in the woods is merely 7 miles from downtown Greenville & it's indeed a memorable place, close to some of the areas most popular attractions. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores & plenty of shopping is conveniently nearby. We're also close to Greenville, Easley & Anderson Health Systems, as well as several of the universities & the I-85 interstate highway. Come live &  experience this fancy glamping adventure!

The Getaway

This is a brand new 5th wheel camper. The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed and a large closet as well as a dresser. The main bathroom is very spacious for a camper with a walk in shower. The hot water heater is on demand so you will not run out! The kitchen area has what you need to cook a meal, however if you find you need something else just let us know and we are happy to bring it to you if we have it at the house. In addition there is a 50” television and fireplace.

Basement apartment in Pendleton w/ sep. entrance

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Designed for the solo traveler (no more than one person allowed), this micro space is an 8'x12' free standing teeny house with just enough room for a twin bed and a bathroom with a 36" square shower, a sink and toilet. In the hospitality world, this is called a “layover”— a comfortable, one person spot to rest your head and a clean, hot shower. Located between 2 other Airbnbs on the same property, so you will likely see other guests coming and going, but the space is completely private.
