A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Dit appartement is gelegen op een biologische boerderij onder de rook van Amsterdam (3,5 kilometer afstand van openbaar vervoer). Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The top floor of our semi-independent house on 3 levels is all for you. House is close to a vibrant street with a range of shops, restaurants and a market twice a week. Going by Metro (which is 350 meters away) to the heart of the city (Waterlooplein, Central station) takes less then 20 minutes and connections to and from the airport are great. You’ll love staying here because of the location: the street is quiet, and the area is green, yet the liveliness of the city is around the corner.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

This unique, renovated, cosy and stylish decorated apartment is located in the souterrain of a historical canal house at a quiet green park. In the house you've your own entrance with key. The bedroom is located in the back of the appartment, overlooking the quiet green garden. You may start your day with a coffee in the sun on the bench in front of the house. The place is very comfortable and suits your needs visiting Amsterdam. Shops, musea, restaurants are within walking distance.

Welcome! The entire apartment (45 m2) is available, next to the metro station (3 mins walk) which takes you to Schiphol airport in 20 minutes, and Amsterdam centre in 30 minutes. My apartment is idea for a group of friends or solo traveler! You can cook here with a full kitchen kit. And relax in the bathtub at night! I rent out when travelling, so please take care of the place like home:) As this is not commercial, I also apologise ahead for the lack of flexibility and available.

It is ideal for resting after a long day walking in the city or on a business trip. Public transport is within walking distance, and the train takes 20 minutes to the central station. Please note that we have a quiet hour policy between 9:00 and 23:00. Smoking, using (soft) drugs, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

Boek nu een bijzonder huisje midden in het pittoreske dorp Amsterdam-Abcoude. Geheel nieuw ingericht, sfeervol huisje met een oppervlakte van ca. 55 m2 verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. “De Automaat” is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime woonkamer op de begane grond met openslaande deuren en een kitchenette met magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Badkamer met regendouche. Riante slaapkamer met airco op de eerste verdieping.

In de zomer kan je heerlijk op de steiger naast de boot zitten en zeker ook zwemmen! We zijn er om je te inspireren en op weg te helpen om in Amsterdam je weg te vinden. We hebben zelf ook veel gereisd, dus we weten wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke tijd in de prachtige stad Amsterdam.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
