At 433 sq ft/40m2 this "garage" has that fun tiny house feel. It boasts 5 sunny skylights, AC, toasty heated floors, an upstairs sleeping area, a kitchenette, a lovely patio, and free on-street parking. It's also energy-efficient, solar powered, and in the summer most linens are sun-dried.

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Steps to the private entrance are not wheelchair accessible.
