Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

It's like a small apartment in a building, but without the noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors. There is also free parking space for one car. There is no TV here, but you can use your devices to watch videos as you will have access to free high speed WiFi.

The entire basement is for the guest except few restricted areas in the basement. This a quiet bedroom located in the look out 1500 sq foot basement which has a queen bed, attached bath ( with jacuzzi tub), private kitchen ( with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove) entirely for guest use, sitting area and a theatre room ( with owners permission) and high speed WI-FI. In addition, there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

We have a King-sized bed in a Common Room. This is in a shared common room space. Up to 3 other guests my be booked in this room. The room has limited storage and NO DOOR. This space is best for those with little to no bags. Breakfast is included in your stay. We keep the pantry stocked with eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice, jam, bread, fruit, pancake mix, coffee and tea. Any of these items can be used to make yourself breakfast in the morning.

My place is minutes from Schaumburg Renaissance Convention center, Woodfield Mall, The Now Arena and surrounding shopping centers, countless restaurants of all varieties and just minutes from the train station, or 25 minutes from O'Hare airport (11 miles). You’ll love my place because I provide a cozy, clean and quiet space to relax. I'm close to EVERYTHING and guests may use the kitchen, laundry room, dining room and spacious back deck.
