Eagle Crest Hiking Trails
Improve your mental health and wellness by joining me on a hike through the Starling Nature Sanctuary and the Eagle Crest Nature Preserve! Both the Nature Sanctuary and the Nature Preserve are part of the Eagle Creek Reservoir one of the most beautiful and peaceful locations in Indianapolis! One of the more enjoyable parts of this hike is the surprising variety of nature within. In the Nature Sanctuary there are a wide variety of birds and plant life while walking mostly on pea stone gravel over flat terrain. In the Nature Preserve there are a wide variety of trees and water features while mostly walking on dirt over more difficult terrain and more frequent changes in elevation. This hike is fun, challenging, and rejuvenating offering a free flowing conversation or peaceful inward meditation. The duration and distance of your hike is able to be adapted to your desire. We look forward to hiking with you!

You'll taste whatever we love and think your group will love, too. We serve every bourbon with a healthy dose of history, background & information, while also providing lots of water and ice. We find that so many new bourbon drinkers, or seasoned drinkers, can find new tasting notes or get more out of a bourbon that's had an ice cube or a splash of ice! Other things to note: Food: Feel free to bring snacks! We do not serve food, but you can order in or BYOF. Sober: Sober drinkers can be accommodated for cocktail making.

Tea Ceremony with Rohit
Taste delicious teas, in a mindful way, while enjoying the peace of my tea room! I serve tea inspired by the Chinese (Gung Fu) ceremony. All guests will be in seats socially distanced from each other (please let us know if you're traveling with your household/COVID-bubble & we can seat you together). You'll taste between 4 - 6 bourbons during your tasting. Nicole will show you different styles and proof expressions of bourbon from a variety of distilleries. If you have a specific interest, Nicole can delve into with you and possibly pull some special bourbons for you to taste. While you go through the tasting, Nicole will help you understand why your palate is responding the way it is to different whiskeys. Instead of only trying products from only one distillery, Nicole will expose you to many distilleries in one spot! You'll end the class with the chance to open tabs and buy bourbons from the extensive collection of Trouble Bar. Nicole will be available for questions and more bourbon knowledge as long as you'd like to stay! Other things to note: Once the class ends, you'll be able to purchase spirits directly from the bar so you can continue your education and enjoy Trouble Bar's extensive collection. Nicole can even use what you learned about your palate to recommend new and unknown bourbons specifically for you.
