Rental covers entire facility and it's a great choice for both large and smaller families or friend groups.

Turunç House is located in Kayaköy, an old town of Fethiye district witnessing a history of approximately 5 thousand years and hosting old Greek houses abandoned on its slopes a full century ago. Turunç House serves its guests with seven rooms furnished in four different styles. You will not want to leave Turunç House offering many facilities such as a private design swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room in its stone building. Nature and peace lie at the heart of our philosophy!

Jakuzimizde içkinizi yudumlarken eşsiz Fethiye körfez manzarasının keyfine çıkarabilirsiniz. 4 yatak odası bulunan dairemizde yaklaşık 70 metrekare balkon alanı bulunmaktadır. Her iki katta yer alan banyo ve tuvalet sayesinde 2 aile birbirinden bağımsız çok rahat bir tatil geçirebilir. Özel otoparkı Ölüdeniz yolu üzerindeki konumuyla tatilinizi çileden keyfe dönüştürmeyi hedefledik.

Relax and unwind with your family and friends in our peaceful nature retreat and enjoy quality time in the spacious, airy garden. Please note:During the winter season (01/11/2025–31/03/2026) our villa’s swimming pool remains open.While it does not have a heating system, it is kept clean and visually appealing, and guests are welcome to take a dip if they wish. To ensure your comfort during winter, we provide, slippers, blankets, duvets, and portable convector heaters inside the villa.

Quiet top-floor flat with a wide terrace overlooking the bay - the kind of view that makes you put your phone down. The space is simple, clean, and stocked with what you need for a short stay. The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.
