The cottage has been thoroughly updated in May 2018 with the entire bottom floor redone. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs, living, kitchen/dining, fireplace, sauna shower/wc downstairs + a Terass and private jetty. Our new and spacious tiny house offers ultimate privacy and nature experience. House is located 25 km from Kuressaare. A unique place in beautiful nature for a relaxing getaway from everyday routine and duties. Ideal for couples and families. Every detail of the house is planned with functionality and design in mind. Small kitchen area, comfy double bed and an extra sleeping area upstairs. Modern, fully equipped bathroom, WIFI and big exterior terrace. All-year house with heating and cooling.

The unit is located near the central square of Kuressaare (~15minute walk). Location is good but quiet. The kitchenette has the necessary accessories (stove, oven, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, pot and pan, oil, salt/pepper, tea, coffee etc). There is a 43’ TV, a hairdryer and a fast internet connection (WiFi). AC in the summertime. There is a washing machine and a drying rack, iron. Bed linen and towels are provided. Also a travel cot for a child max age 3. Parking is free near the house.

Pakume elamusmajutust kahele inimesele. Majakese 2. korruselt avaneb vaade igasse ilmakaarde, sul on võimalik vaadata päikesetõusu ja – loojangut. Maja ümbritsevad meri, linnud ja loodus. Maja 1. korrusel võid tunda mõnu saunast.Tualett on õues, majast 20 sammu kaugusel. Parkimine on 50m majakesest. Maja ümber on terrass. Kui oled valmis nautima nii päeval kui ööl tuult, merekohinat ja linnuhääli, on see kohake just Sinule puhkamiseks mõeldud. Siin saada lõõgastuda ja aja maha võtta.

We offer a quiet and cozy little house only 3 km away from Kuressaare. It is a good holiday spot for couples, friends, solo travelers as well as families. It is more convenient to reach us by car. The guest house includes a relaxing wood heated sauna (1x15€). It is surrounded by a garden with plenty of grass-space for outdoor games. There is also a bicycle road that leads straight to Kuressaare from just behind the house. It is also possible to rent some bikes (2) from us.

Unser Ferienhaus haben wir im Jahr 2023 komplett restauriert und neu eingerichtet. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und mit Blick auf den Garten und den Sonnenuntergang. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über die große Terrasse direkt in den Garten. Eine Sauna für bis zu 8 Personen ist auch vorhanden. An das Grundstück grenzt ein See mit glasklarem Wasser, in dem man baden kann.

That is why Aadukivi is foremost loved by families. Aadukivi holiday house is located about a 20-minute car ride from Kuressaare. Sea is 500 meters away and the closest beach is 1,7 kilometers away.
