Charming 1 bedroom attached cottage apartment in historic Algiers Point. Walking distance to coffee shop, eateries, and bars. Minutes via car to downtown, or a short walk to Algiers ferry terminal. Wonderful area for walking and viewing historical homes, Algiers Point is one of New Orleans oldest and most sought after neighborhoods. A quiet area great for work trips in the car, but also for tourists close to the action with friendly folks and minutes from the French Quarter and cruise terminal.

Relax with a favorite beverage at Southern Hotel ... all an easy walk from the Cov LA Cottage. ***For your safety, our cottage is not suitable for children under 8 years of age***

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
