Located on 10 acers in the heart of creston pastoral farm country. 4 people maximum occupancy. there is a public boat launch/ picnic on flathead river, 1.5 miles south of the home. No parking in the garage, it's a mud room. The second bedroom, with twin bunk beds, is outside access, upstairs, detached from the house and is closed during the winter season due to snow and ice in the stairs from 11/15 to 3/15. Pets cannot be left unattended in the home during the day, no fence yard.

This is a beautiful barn that was built in 1915, totally refurbished. You will love the views of the rocky mountains to the east. Located in the Creston area, East of Kalispell, with thousands of acres of prime rich farmland. I live next door in a refurnished 1895 Victorian style farm house. Included in the price is 7% taxes.
