Take a refreshing swim in the lake, explore scenic nature and enjoy the delicious aromas of a BBQ. In the summertime, make use of our SUP boards or a boat and embark on exciting water adventures. Unwind and rejuvenate in the sauna or chill in the hammock. The well-appointed guesthouse offers all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.

Naudi lõõgastavat puhkust Värska Lahel, kust avaneb kaunis vaade Lämmijärvele! Värska Sanatooriumi rannas asuv parvsaun pakub mõnusat saunaelamust koos ööbimisvõimalusega kohe veekogu ääres. Ranna lähedal grilliplats, kus saab mugavalt einestada. Vaba aja sisustamiseks on võimalik mängida discgolfi ja võrkpalli, laste rõõmuks on mänguväljak. Rannas tegutseb kohvik, kust saab rentida SUP-laudu, vesijalgrattaid ja aerupaate. Läheduses võimalik laenutada jalgrattaid ja discgolfi kettaid.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Ümberringi puhas Raadimõisa ajalooline park, loodus, puhas õhk, tagurpidi maja, ERM, jooksurajad, discgolf, jalgrattad, lumepark ja maja kõrval on lastele mänguväljak. Parim ööbimiskoht, mis asub kesklinnast 8min sõidu kaugusel. Raadimõisa sõbralik ja kodune külaliskorter ootab Teid Tartus!

Enjoy your stay in Tartu’s green and peaceful Karlova district – a bright one-bedroom apartment just a 30-minute walk from the city centre. The apartment is spacious, sunlit, and warm. Art, a large bookshelf, vintage furniture, indoor plants, and big windows with beautiful light might charm you. It’s ideal for one or two guests looking for a quiet, inspiring place to relax. This is my part-time home, and when I’m not here, I love opening it to guests.

Apartment is in a region where everything is in the walking distance - The old town of Tartu, Toome hill, Museum of town, Science Center AHHAA (kids just love it), V-spa spa. There are numerous places to eat in old town which is just 700m away and local bakery across the street. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, coffee and tea icluded. City bicycle rental is around the corner.

My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Väga mugav ja stiilselt sisustatud väike korter Tartu linnas. Korteris on kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Võimalus teha süüa nii pliidil, kui ka ahjus. Olemas külmkapp ja pesumasin. Soovi korral saab teha kaminasse tule. Korter asub vanas puitmajas kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel Karlova piirkonnas. Lähedal on olemas toidupood, baarid ja söögikohad. Samas majas on saadaval ka teine sarnane korter.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!
