Kevs Cottage

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

An abundance of wildlife with beautiful creek systems which run throughout the year, suitable for swimming. Adjoining Dawes National Park in the upper Boyne Valley. Located in close proximity with the Boyne Valley Rail Trail, Historical Chimneys, Chinaman gardens and Rail tunnels.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy fishing, boating and crabbing right at your door step. Make a weekend of it with your mates or stay the week with the family. The three bedroom home sleeps 6-8 people and features an outdoor kitchen and a large L shaped deck with water frontage. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Access to the council maintained boat ramp is just 300m from the house. A fire pit with wood is available for your comfort .

Gentle slope from the house to the creek, watch your rod from the Patio. Heaps of beds for the whole family Downstairs bedrooms • Bed 1 has 1 Queen-size bed • Bed 2 has 2 x single bunks in the other room (sleeps 4) • 1 additional single bed in living area Mezzanine floor has 3 single beds.

Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Mac,and Gaynor , invite you to stay at the cabin overlooking the "Billabong" in our private bush acreage. You can meet our resident families of kangaroos and wallabys, also all the birds. Relax on the deck while you plan your next adventure. For you boaties, we have a parking area for your trailer boat, and a few hot offshore marks. the Billabong has a dog friendly area. The Billabong is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children.
