Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

There is a cat on the property, but most times she will be in the tenant's room. You may not even see the cat. If allergic to cats, I would not book this listing.

Conveniently located in Oakland in the historic district on Parkview Avenue. Easy access to Schenley park (1/2 mile) as well the heart of Oakland which includes places like Petersen Events Center, UPMC Carnegie Museums, Phipps Conservatory, and more. My co-host Jon lives in the house and will generally address most of your concerns during your stay. I can be reached through the app or by phone for anything else. The UPMC Magee Womens Hospital is 0.7 miles away, UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, 1.0 mile, and University of Pittsburgh Cathedral of Learning is 1.2 miles.
