There is also an undercover outdoor lounge area which can be fully enclosed and sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy. Internet is included and parking is on-street.

The bedroom faces south, with early morning sun. The bedroom has a double bed, a small desk, and plenty of storage in a built-in wardrobe plus bookcase. The room is painted white, so it feels cosy rather than cramped. New carpet 2018. High quality cotton bed linen. You have use of the shared spaces: the bath/shower, toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The house does not have a television, but does have free wifi. Bus stops to the city and university are a few minutes walk.
