The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Sleeping options include a Murphy bed (full) or high quality memory foam sofa bed (queen). There is a kitchenette and full bath with shower. Walking distance to East Lake, Kirkwood Village and Oakhurst Village, offering many options for coffee, drinks & food. Easy access to downtown and midtown ATL.

In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.
