With a separate entrance and private front porch to enjoy, the suite is attached to our home but is its own separate unit. Convenient location close to UMD or spacious hotel alternative for business trips or for those wanting to easily explore the sights in downtown DC.

Close to Metro, supermarket, shopping mall. One guest - one month- discount 15%. Please read and check list before you book. I will provide a parking permit card to park vehicles in the "Common Area Parking" sections of the community, namely the parking lots on Journal Street and in Tribune Court and the parallel parking spots on Toledo Drive. These areas are marked with signage. a fee will be charged for lost parking permits ( $200 for lost permit).
