Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

Our home is located in LANGFORD, a 25-45 minute drive from downtown Victoria, British Columbia in the West Shore. Our comfortable suite is located on the ground floor of our home. Guests tell us it's a well-equipped and relaxing space. Located on a suburban street close to shopping and restaurants but A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.
