This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

Oceanfront Building Boardwalk Pool Beach 3 Beds

Welcome to the Cozy Crab – updated, comfort-focused & steps from the sand! Located in a quiet corner of a beachfront building on the Virginia Beach boardwalk with a seasonal pool (open mid-May–mid-Oct). Sleeps 4 with 3 real beds: one queen and two singles, all with real mattresses. Features a large, updated bathroom with full vanity and a kitchen. Just a few steps up—no elevator needed. No chore checkout, pro cleaning, fresh linens/towels, WiFi. 2nd-floor grills. Eat! restaurant is downstairs!

The perfect set up, quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from oceanfront, boardwalk, music, nightlife. Bikes & beach chairs provided. 1 block from Rudee Inlet & locals' favorite restaurant/bar Big Sam's. 1 bdrm, kitchenette, foldout couch, 1 bath. One common area, laundry room with outside entrance, downstairs. Privacy fence, outdoor furniture, small deck. Listing is for 2 guests. Our newly renovated 2 bedroom condo ONE block from the boardwalk accommodates 6 people and is also perfect for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV; one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a large TV. This is a 2nd floor unit with one designated parking spot. Plenty to do for the whole family with the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many more activities all within walking distance.

Come enjoy everything Virginia Beach has to offer. Our condo has all of the comforts of home and accommodates 4 adults or perfect for families. Bedroom has a king size bed and living room has sofa that pulls out into a full size sofa bed. TVs in both rooms. The Boardwalk, Shopping, Restaurants, Amusement parks, and many more activities are all within walking distance. There is plenty to do and you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes or less! Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach.

Easy access to interstate 264 makes traveling to and from a breeze. Queen memory foam bed with private full bathroom. Access to outside oasis including gas grill & 2 beach cruiser bikes to explore this fantastic beach town. Private room also includes a spacious living space with couch, mini fridge, freezer and microwave.

There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. A past guest wrote, "This place brings beach home nostalgia, peace, and a time to relax". No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm.

Oceanfront Gem VaB Studio Exceptional Views

Newly renovated modern studio condo, owners personal getaway now open to guests. This corner unit, the largest and most private in Oceans ll Condominium complex, is on the 3rd floor and offers beautiful, expansive views at both sunrise and sunset. Just off the boardwalk with community pool, this unit sleeps three. Right on the oceanfront, you won't find a more peaceful getaway! Beach chairs and towels provided. Please note: due to the open layout of the building, there is no elevator.
