"Kennebec" homestead is all yours! We have lovingly restored (& added a bit of modern luxury) this 1902 homestead which was build by our great grandfather. Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

Our charismatic colonial-style cottage fondly known as 'Salty', is the perfect base camp for the epic walks of the Grampians National Park, her moody interior sets the scene for the perfect intimate getaway.

Cottage in Dunkeld with stunning mountain views. Ideal for couples, friends and families (up to 6 people) who love bushwalking and relaxing in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

To us, Glenrose Cottage was a true passion project. We made the move from Melbourne to Hamilton to restore this beautiful property to its former glory. Glenrose was reborn into a light, bright and welcoming space, with a few modern touches. Our guests can relax, make memories with friends and family, as well as enjoy everything the Greater Western Districts has to offer. We hope you enjoy staying at Glenrose as much as we enjoyed creating it for you.

Grapefruit Cottage - self contained

Newly renovated self contained cottage on larger farming property. Quality linen, kitchenette and large en-suite. Our family has been running on farm accomodation for the past 20years, so you can be assured we know how to do it right! Lots of farm animals around and picturesque gardens to stroll around or just enjoy from the bedroom view. Totally private, classy, affordable and within a 10min drive to the Grampians and the larger town of Hamilton.

Mereweather Accommodation

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

"Kurrawa" a bespoke, comfortable, quiet, get away

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Emerald Hill Cottage

Emerald Hill Cottage is a comfortable self contained, self catered cottage set in acreage surrounded by fruit trees, vegy patch and gardens. There are free range Guinea fowl and chickens. Set well back from Port Fairy road (200m) and beside hosts, Pete and Bronwyn's main homestead. Pete and Bron are not always on site so you are bound to have some quiet times where you are free to enjoy your surroundings.

Home on Hector

Unwind in this 2 bedroom home featuring an indoor spa bath, open plan kitchen and lounge with a large outdoor patio. The house features a spacious and well loved garden and is fully fenced on a large block. Pet friendly for well behaved outdoor fluffy friends. Off street parking in the driveway is welcome however there is no shed area access. Home on Hector is centrally located and in a quiet street.

Silverburn Cottage, Hamilton

Silverburn Cottage is a gorgeous, self-contained cottage on 2 acres of gardens within Hamilton township. Luxury linen, Nespresso machine, aircon, heating, full laundry facilities all within a beautifully decorated interior. The cottage has total privacy and overlooks the golf course. There is a separate entrance and plenty of room for parking.
