Right off I15 puts you 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes from Lagoon and Farmington Station and less than 5 minutes from many restaurants and grocery stores. All you need is just minutes away. Hot tub and picnic table for enjoying the outdoors. There is a park just 2 blocks away. We have a coffee and hot chocolate bar to help get you going in the morning. Apartment is near the Bountiful temple and freeway access is minutes away. This apartment is well-appointed and newly constructed as of November 2018.this spacious and serene space. My family lives upstairs.

Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
