Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Nestled near the tranquil University District, this clean, comfortable & quiet basement guest suite offers a serene oasis within easy reach of all that Missoula has to offer. Single family home nestled in the orchard home area of Missoula Mt. Easy access to all areas of town. 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Property backs up to the Clarks Fork River so bring your rod. We are two blocks from the bike trail that runs to the college. We have bikes that you can borrow. We have tubes available to float the river. We also have camping mats, coolers, fishing rods, beach towels and chairs. We want to make your visit to Missoula AMAZING.

Our cozy, clean one-bedroom house is perfect for a couple looking for a calm stay. Our place is a brand new build - private, clean, sunny. Enjoy a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-sized bed. We do not have a fenced yard for your dog. Please make note! NO CATS! A fine of $100 will be assessed.

Burns Street Studio

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.

Hip Strip Studio 38 in the heart of Missoula!

Experience the heart of downtown Missoula in this studio apartment located on the Hip Strip! One of the best locations with bakeries, breweries, great restaurants and entertainment venues just steps away. Walk out your door onto the Clark Fork Riverfront Trail and watch the surfers on Brennan's wave. Caras Park, The Wilma, The Top Hat and Farmer's Market are all within a few blocks. Walk 8 minutes on the trail and explore the University of Montana campus.
