From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! Foxglove Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out for a modern clean look. 141 acres of beautiful woods and trails. A 6-acre private fishing lake. Ski Resorts Close are available within an hour drive Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys, goats, chickens and friendly roosters. The fireplace is only available from October 1st to end of May; this is a heat source and is not for ambiance.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA.
