Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

Complimentary specialty cheese & oatmeal cups for breakfast. Nice bikes to tour Newberg & local wine boutiques. *Two night minimum stay. *Add a Reiki or Acasma Energy session for relaxation.

Studio in Wine Country

Originally built in 1912, our home was remodeled in the 1930's and again recently . Our farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting. Public transportation is not available. Wineries, the city of Forest Grove and Pacific University are with in a few minutes drive. It is 50 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Portland. The studio is located in the basement of our home and has a private entrance. The accommodations include a queen bed, a twin hide-a-bed, sitting area, studio kitchen and full bath.

Cedar Lodge is a chalet cabin lookout on the North summit of Forest Park. Privately located in a wilderness sanctuary 15 minutes by car to PDX city center & 10 minutes to Linnton, Bethany, Hillsboro and St Johns. Arrive & unwind in an elevated private spa overlooking a forested canyon. Relax with a campfire under the stars & towering 300 year old Doug Firs while serenaded by world famous Pacific chorus tree frogs. Then retire to a comfortable night’s sleep, courtesy of a Tuft & Needle bed.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

More than 100 wineries and 200+ vineyards are easily reachable within minutes. Explore the breathtaking Oregon Coast in under an hour. Enjoy boating and fishing at Hagg Lake and biking on the Banks-Vernonia Trail, or explore The Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Mini Ceramics Guesthouse

Located in historic Forest Grove and walking distance to restaurants, coffeeshops and Pacific University, this guesthouse has the unique offering of a mini pottery wheel! 5 min from McMenamins, 35 min from Portland, and just over an hour to the beach. Try your hand at mini pottery, do some wine tasting, get local snacks at our summer farmer's market, hike in the forest, and go out on Hagg Lake. Our quiet retreat is close to just about everything!

Cozy Country Cottage - Heart of Wine Country
