The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Settled in the heart of Lancaster County and Amish County, this cozy apartment has a private entrance and offers you a full sized kitchen and living/dining area. Enjoy a step back from the frantic pace of life to relax in this peaceful, rural setting. Grocery Stores and Restaurants are 5 minutes from here. The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg (15 min.) offer tourist attractions. These include the Sight and Sound Theater, The kitchen Kettle , Buggy rides and more.

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

This Amish owned family friendly home is centrally located in the village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. The home is a 3 minute walk or a 1 minute drive from the shops of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. It's also a 10 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, Strasburg Railroad (16 min), Sight & Sound Theater (17 min), Dutch Wonderland (17 min). The highlights of Lancaster County are easily accessible, including Lancaster (10 miles) Intercourse (Rt. 340) (5.5 miles) and Shady Maple Smorgasbord (4.3 miles). Relax in our clean and comfortable oasis after a long day exploring everything Lancaster Country has to offer.

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
