Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Rauhallinen sijainti takaa hyvät yöunet. Aarno1 on varustettu ulkopore-ammeella, 55"TV:llä, nopealla 5G Wifi-liittymällä ja kaikilla kodin tarvikkeilla.

Rantasauna, nuotiopaikka ja palju (merivesi) sijaitsevat meren äärellä, tarjoten hyvän paikan rentoutumiseen ja virkistäytymiseen. Läheinen sienimetsä ja kalavedet tarjoavat erinomaiset mahdollisuudet luonnon antimien keräämiseen ja kalastukseen. Kävelymatkan päässä sijaitsevat urheilukenttä ja Louhisaaren kartano tarjoavat monipuolisia aktiviteetteja ja nähtävyyksiä.
