A few minutes to historic downtown Jim Thorpe and the D&L trail for hiking, biking, rafting, wining, dining and more! Also 20 minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We have a designated parking lot if street parking isn’t available. Never a parking concern. Walking distance to Insurrection distillery, Bonnie & Clyde’s restaurant as well as many local shops.

This 2br, 1.5 bath apt. is in a historical building in downtown Jim Thorpe, providing a view of the courtyard and street below while allowing easy access to the shops on Broadway! Enjoy our cozy two bedroom rustic cabin that sits a few feet from a flowing creek, and a relaxing pond. The cabin was originally built as a one room hunting cabin with knotty pine walls, wood ceiling and large stone fireplace. The addition of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry converted the cabin into a comfortable home, while maintaining the original charm and character. The original hunting cabin space is now the great room, with the kitchen on one side and the family room on the other.

It is three miles from access to the Appalachian Trail and is an ideal respite for thru hikers. It is a quiet, sunny room just a few steps from a private bathroom in the main house. Views to the west and north of the Blue Mountain. Continental style breakfast is included. Weekly and monthly discounts are offered.
