Brasserie Van Speyk is a great place to go to enjoy refined Dutch/French cuisine. The setting of an old warehouse from 1659 with characteristic interior is beautiful. They offer a 3 course menu for 34,50 or a la carte dining, and a great wine menu. They also cater for groups. It's a popular place, reserve ahead online if you can.
