It's a bar, and a restaurant as well. For drinks, go sit on super comfy couches upstairs. For food, get a table and enjoy some traditional Belgian food.

Cosy and beautiful bar (they also sell burgers, but it's not their specialty). Ask for a table in the tiny first floor, so cute!!
