The city’s best wine bar. Fact. It’s a result of having sommeliers Nick Hildebrandt and Glenn Goodwin on hand at all times, pouring a mix of local and international, left-of-centre and totally classic drops by the glass, bottle, and carafe. If minimal intervention and skin-contact wines are your thing, you’re in luck. Though you can kick back and enjoy a full-service dinner here, and though this is a wine selection unlike any other in town, there’s something to be said for ordering their excellent bread and butter and a martini and going solo at the bar.
