The Lair o’ the Bear Park is a favorite of Open Space visitors and especially families due to its abundance of picnic tables and proximity to Bear Creek. For a more challenging experience, enjoy a 12.6-mile, round-trip journey on the Bear Creek Trail passing through three adjoining Denver Mountain Parks to the west.

A beautiful hike that can be tailored to all ages and levels. The first mile is flat and easy but continue on for miles and miles of amazing trails and great views.
