My husband and just got home from our trip. We loved the Iris. It was in a great location. Easy to find. If you have a car taller than 6’2” you have to park pretty far away. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and homey. Loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom. LOVE the Dyson hairdryer. I know what I’m asking for this Christmas. We look forward to staying with y’all again.

The home is definitely the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. And we have stayed in many that were fabulous. The house if beautifully appointed. It felt like we were in our own home. The communication by all the staff at CHC Vacation Rentals was top notch. Responses came almost immediately to any question we might have. We would definitely recommend their management services. And the next time we come back to Charleston we will definitely stay in this home. There is no question about that.

Cozy place, clean , and totally walkable to King Street. Comfy beds and very responsive hosts.

Can’t get a better location than this! Hosts were very responsive and kind, as well as the place being clean and even better than the pictures. Would definitely stay again!
