My girlfriends and I from all around the U.S. met up in Sedona for a few days to reconnect with each other. We kept our plans loose so that we could play it by ear a bit. We found this experience and those of us with a little Yoga experience (and one with none!) were so excited to book this experience one morning. It was an awesome hike up up up (but not difficult!) on a trail in Red Rocks State Park, and the views were stunning. Ethan kept the yoga restorative and beginner friendly and it was so relaxing and nice to be outside for the practice. The hike back down was different than the way up & it was simply an awesome way to spend a few hours. If you love yoga- or if you’ve ever wanted to try yoga- don’t hesitate to check this experience out.

Ethan was kind and supportive. He shared interesting and helpful knowledge about the hiking trail and yoga. The hike was beautiful and moderate and the yoga was truly restorative. I had a wonderful experience and would do it again if I had the opportunity.
