Super prof de yoga, très investie, une voix très douce, et elle sait vous réajuster si vous avez une mauvaise posture.

Elle sait prendre soin des autres à travers sa pratique de yoga, et nous avons apprécié également le massage ainsi que le voyage sonore et la boisson Detox à la fin. L’échange avec qui a été très fluide, nous nous recommandons à 1000 % cette personne.
Gros bisous de la part des Français du Sud !

Fellow yogis, when in Barcelona, 100% book this! Kat is an exceptional yoga teacher. She is a spiritual person with healing energy as well - it was the best yoga class I attended. She is also patient and able to meet you where you are in case yoga is new for you; she is personable and sweet. The drink after was also a great treat. I wish I lived in Barcelona to attend her classes always!
