The worst experience I had with an Airbnb. At the beginning I did not suspect there was anything wrong with the place. Unfortunately when I went to bed I discovered it was plagued with bedbugs. It was honestly a nightmare. The host was hardly empathetic about it and only offered a refund and I had to figure out how to treat all my stuff (buy ziplock bags, new clothes), pay for the laundry expenses and a new place to stay. The incident ruined the rest of my trip because all of my plans had to be changed, I got my booking in Lisbon canceled to avoid to possibility of spreading the bugs. I had to find other accommodation and truly I was very worried about bringing some bug with me home and infecting my place. I still worry to this day. It has severely impacted my mental health. I would not recommend staying here or any other place that's managed by the same company. They do not care at all for the guests wellbeing and it's supposedly a "luxury" place. What a shame.
