The house is beautiful, even better than the photos. The rooms are very comfortable and fit 8 adults with no problem. The pool is spectacular, and the jacuzzi time with friends was priceless. Its location is perfect—close to beautiful beaches like Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins, and just minutes from 5th Ave. The kitchen is great, and I loved that the pantry had spices and essentials left by other families. Matthew keeps everything well organized, so unlike other rentals, you don’t need to buy even salt right away. We brought extra items and happily left them for the next guests (including avocado spray oil and even Harina Pan for arepas!). I’m so grateful Matthew shares this lovely home, allowing guests to enjoy, relax, and contribute to the community spirit. He was always kind and quick to reply, and thanks to him and his team, we had a wonderful stay. Until next time!

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool, which had lights for nighttime use. The water was always warm, and the kids really enjoyed it. We cleaned the grill, and I recommend cleaning it after every use. The location is great, as the beach was just a 2-minute drive away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
